International Air Transport Association (IATA) recently suspended Kingfisher Airlines. IATA also told to the travel agent affiliates to stop booking tickets for cash-starved airlines, said by industry sources.
"This is because the airline did not settle their ICH (IATA Clearing House) account within the stipulated deadline. Kingfisher's participation in the ICH will be reinstated after the airline fulfills the ICH requirements," said by Albert Tjoeng in an email to Reuters.
