Newly appointed Railways minister Mukul Roy rollback the price hike that was declared by Dinesh Trivedi in the railway budget.
"Fare hike in sleeper class, AC chaircar and AC three tier is huge drain on masses and middle class," Roy told in Lok Sabha during his reply on a debate the budget.
