Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been handed a one match ban due to the slow over rate against Australia in Brisbane ODI on Sunday.
The ban means Dhoni would be missing India’s next tie against Sri Lanka on Tuesday. It is for the second time that the Indian skipper has been punished for committing the offence on the current tour of Australia.
Previously, he received a similar punishment during the fourth Test against Australia at Adelaide in January.
