Test squad for next month Australia tour is declared now. Zaheer Khan and Rohit Sharma back in the squad while Harbhajan Singh again ignored. Zaheer is back after recovering from ankle injury and Rohit is called called back in the team. Wriddhiman Saha is selected as a 2nd wicket keeper, ahead of Parthiv Patel in the 17 member squad. Pragyan Ojha and Ravichandran Ashwin are the two spinners in the squad, as they reward for there fine performance against West Indies in the home series. Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the captain of the team and Virender Sehwag is the vice captain of the team. Yuvraj Singh is not selected in the team, as he declared himself unfit for the ODI series. Ajinkya Rahane is get the reward of his fine performance in the limited opportunities he got. The team has five pacers, two spinners, two wicket keeper and eight batsmen. The four test match series against Australia will start on Boxing Day (26 December) Test in Melbourne, followed by 3 other matches in Sydney (January 3 - 7), Perth (January 13 - 17), and Adelaide (January 24-28).
