Microsoft and Google are interested in bidding of yahoo. But they are not actually run or buy the Yahoo, they give only a financial support to yahoo. Yahoo has approximately 700 million unique visitors in a month. Both the companies have their own reasons to do this. Both Microsoft and Google wants that yahoo will run. They don't want the end of yahoo. No one make the offcial announcement for bidding.
