Djokovic beats Nadal to win Australian Open in longest final

Novak Djokovic beats Rafael Nadal in Australin Open 2012 Men's Singal final. This is the longest title match in the history of grand slam, which clocked 5hr 53 min. The five set match win by the world's number one Novak Djokovic.

Djokovic beats Nadal by 5-7, 6-4, 6-2, 6-7 (5/7), 7-5 in a marathon match hel on Sunday January 29, 2012. Novak Djokovic gets a price money cheque of Aus$2.3 million (US$2.4 million).

Djokovic lost the first set, but he fought back and won the next two sets and lead by 2-1. Fourth set won by Nadal and levels to 2-2. Fifth and the final set of the match won by Djokovic and claim the Australian Open 2012 Men's Single title.
